New Manz publication: Mag. Lukas Andrieu as co-author of the new handbook “Construction Contract Basics”
Recently, the new manual “Construction Contract Basics” by Mag. Lukas Andrieu, partner and construction law expert at ScherbaumSeebacher Attorneys at Law, Dr. Ing. Detlef Heck and Markus Allram was published.
The manual is intended to serve as a guide for construction practitioners and lawyers and deals with legal definitions and practical issues relating to Austrian construction contract law. In addition, the book contains practical examples as well as helpful tips.
