He advises on company acquisitions and sales (M&A), venture capital / private equity transactions from a legal and organisational perspective, including merger control, and also advises on antitrust compliance issues. Florian Thelen is co-editor and co-author of the “Praxishandbuch Generalversammlung” Linde (2023) and examination commissioner for legal doctrine at the Chamber of Tax Consultants and Auditors.
