M&A Lounge #8 with ScherbaumSeebacher
On October 15, ScherbaumSeebacher and Deloitte jointly hosted the eighth M&A Lounge – this time in digital format. Moderated by Helmut Schmidt, LL.M. (ScherbaumSeebacher) and Dr. Matthias Kunsch (Deloitte), the topic “COVID-19 – On the way to the buyer’s market? Effects for buyers and sellers” was discussed. This time the top-class speakers included Gerhard Schedlbauer, Florian Thelen (both ScherbaumSeebacher), Thomas Erkinger (CEO EOSS Technologies Holding GmbH), Dr. Thomas Göritzer and Dr. Frank Schiefersteiner (both Deloitte).
