Successful sale of App Radar to SplitMetrics
After the Graz-based start-up company App Radar Software had to file for insolvency, the main assets have now been successfully sold to the US company SplitMetrics.
ScherbaumSeebacher was appointed as liquidator in the restructuring process and managed the sale to SplitMetrics within a very tight timeframe – the transaction process was led by Mag. Gerhard Schedlbauer supported by his partners Dr. Norbert Scherbaum and Mag. Florian Thelen.
The platform for App Store Optimisation (ASO) and User Acquisition (UA) will now be continued by SplitMetrics and the majority of jobs will be retained. We are very excited about this successful process and milestone!
