On the 14th of March Mag. Florian Thelen, lawyer at ScherbaumSeebacher, gave a lecture at the AssCompact trade insurance symposium on the topic “Remarkably uninformed in the sense of § 25 GmbHG – the managing director before the judge. Criminal and Civil Liability for Senior Management”. More than 250 participants followed the lecture in the pyramid Vösendorf.
