Florian Thelen advises on all aspects of corporate law, in particular strategic planning and representation in shareholder disputes. He assists in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital / private equity transactions from a legal and organisational perspective, including merger control, and also advises on antitrust compliance issues. Florian Thelen is co-editor and co-author of the “Praxishandbuch Generalversammlung” Linde (2023) and examiner for jurisprudence at the Chamber of Tax Advisors and Auditors.
