Book presentation and panel discussion at ScherbaumSeebacher
On the 25th of april our corporate law experts Helmut Schmidt, Florian Thelen and Georg Jeremias presented their newly published “Practical Guide to Annual General Meetings” at the firm’s offices in Graz.
After welcoming remarks by Dr. Patrick Stummer of Linde Verlag, the panel discussion focused on the interaction between notaries and lawyers. Moderated by Helmut Schmidt, Dr. Dieter Kinzer, President of the Styrian Chamber of Notaries, and Florian Thelen discussed exciting practical issues and shared anecdotes from the everyday life of advisors with the numerous guests present.
