HR-Breakfast on the topic of „The New Whistleblower Protection Act“.
The HR-Breakfast taking place on the 24th of march will focus on a highly topical subject. The new “Whistleblower Protection Act” was recently passed and brings with it numerous innovations.
The labour law expert MMag. Marco Riegler and business criminal law expert Mag. Philipp Huemer will discuss what needs to be taken into account in the role of an employer, which areas are covered by the HSchG, which requirements should be considered when setting up an internal whistleblower system, and much more with the participants at the ScherbaumSeebacher office in Graz.
