M&A Expert Talks at ScherbaumSeebacher

On July 6, 2022, the well-attended kick-off event for the new lecture and discussion series with BDO Graz took place at ScherbaumSeebacher’s office in Graz. Under the title ” From employee bonuses to phantom shares” the speakers Michael Karre (tax law, BDO), Marco Riegler (labor law, ScherbaumSeebacher) and Florian Thelen (corporate law, ScherbaumSeebacher) gave a practical introduction into the topic.

“The circle of participants consisting of university professors, tax consultants, auditors, HR experts as well as private equity investors was the perfect basis for lively discussions” said moderator and partner at ScherbaumSeebacher Attorneys-at-Law Helmut Schmidt.
