M&A Lounge #8 with ScherbaumSeebacher
On October 15, ScherbaumSeebacher and Deloitte jointly hosted the eighth M&A Lounge – this time in digital format. Moderated by Helmut Schmidt, LL.M. (ScherbaumSeebacher) and Dr. Matthias Kunsch (Deloitte), the topic “COVID-19 – On the way to the buyer’s market? Effects for buyers and sellers” was discussed. This time the top-class speakers included Gerhard Schedlbauer, Florian Thelen (both ScherbaumSeebacher), Thomas Erkinger (CEO EOSS Technologies Holding GmbH), Dr. Thomas Göritzer and Dr. Frank Schiefersteiner (both Deloitte). They provided insights into the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on M&A processes and presented the participants with solutions for a successful, structured process.
