“ELSA- M&A Contract Competition”: Introductory lecture at the University of Graz with ScherbaumSeebacher
On 21 October, Florian Thelen, attorney at ScherbaumSeebacher, gave an introductory lecture at the University of Graz with Prof. Dr. Zollner. The lecture was part of the kick-off of this year’s “ELSA- M&A Contract Competition”.
The ELSA M&A Contract Competition is a negotiation simulation (“moot court”) in which student teams from several universities draw up a share purchase agreement on the basis of a fictitious fact and then negotiate it. The event has been supported by ScherbaumSeebacher and Thelen since its creation.
