Workshop: „The participation process from a legal perspective“.
“What do I have to consider in the investment process from a legal point of view?” – these and other questions around the topic of start-ups and scale-ups were answered by partner Mag. Florian Thelen recently in his workshop at SFG as part of the “iContact Training”.
In doing so, he shed light on the most important legal aspects of the investment process: Among other things, Mag. Thelen addressed the topics of risks and standards in the investment process, contract drafting and subjects of negotiation.
During the interactive workshop, the many exciting questions of the participants – even from the start-up and scale-up industry – could be answered.
