This year’s Civil Engineers Forum took place on 09.11.2023 at the premises of the law firm ScherbaumSeebacher in Graz. The forum dealt with the topic “Power of attorney or powerlessness – AG, ÖBA, PS, BK – who can make decisions on the construction site?”. The lecturing experts, DI Ulrike Bogensberger, DI Robert Wendl, RA Mag. Anna Gaich and RA Dr. Georg Jeremias, from the legal field and construction practice, presented this topic using practical examples, with a particular focus on the liability aspects of the topic.
