Training event of the Chamber of Tax Consultants and Auditors with ScherbaumSeebacher lawyers

On 27^thof March, partner Dr. Clemens Jaufer and prospective lawyer Mag. Alexander Painsi presented the topic of “Insolvency prophylaxis in accounting and its liability consequences for managers and consultants” to around 130 accounting and tax experts at a training event of the Chamber of Tax Consultants and Certified Public accountants (KSW) in Graz. In addition to the legal framework of insolvency prophylaxis, they also discussed the current case law on management and consultant liability.
