Review of a successful insurance law symposium with ScherbaumSeebacher and STYRIAWEST
Exciting insights into the world of insurance law were provided on 11 April as part of a symposium at the Vienna offices of ScherbaumSeebacher.
ScherbaumSeebacher lawyers Dr Christian Wolf and Dr Georg Jeremias, together with Sarah Kleindienst from STYRIAWEST, answered interesting questions on the subject of “Intentional behaviour, insolvent subcontractors, consequential damages: When is there (no) cover?”.
The event was followed by a culinary closing.
