Award for RAA Georg Jeremias
Dr. Georg Jeremias, associate at ScherbaumSeebacher Rechtsanwälte, was awarded the Raimund Bollenberger Prize for his dissertation “The denial of coverage of the insurer according to §12 VersVG”.
In his work, which was published by Verlag Österreich, he analyzes numerous case groups and shows where it may still make sense to pursue a claim.
The prize was awarded on October 6, 2021 by the jury consisting of Univ. Prof. Dr. Peter Bydlinski, Univ. Prof. Dr. Martin Spitzer and Hon.-Prof. Mag. Dr. Peter Csoklich in the Reitersaal on the premises of OeKB.
