Lecture: Update on data protection law
Lawyer Thomas Schwab and trainee lawyer Katja Rodojcic gave a presentation on data protection law and the latest developments in the field of AI and European data protection legislation at the WEKA Akademie GmbH.
The focus of this year’s all-day presentation was particularly on practical advice on data protection compliance: from the correct creation of processing directories and the correct behaviour in the event of a data breach to a data protection-compliant website and dealing with AI.
