Online Commercial Insurance Symposium with Dr. Georg Jeremias
Dr. Georg Jeremias, lawyer at ScherbaumSeebacher, gave a lecture on the topic of “Long-running issue of broker liability: Avoiding mistakes – defending claims” at AssCompact’s online commercial insurance symposium on 23rd of march and provided interesting insights into the practice of broker liability. In addition to presenting concrete case studies of supreme court decisions, Dr. Jeremias gave valuable tips for the right course of action in the event of a confrontation with claims for damages.
