Symposium & Award of the Badge of Honour on the occasion of the Delegates‘ Day 2022 of the Austrian Chamber of Notaries
At the Delegates’ Day of the Austrian Chamber of Notaries on the 20th of october 2022, Mag. & Partner Helmut Schmidt gave a lecture on the occasion of the award of the Medal of Honour to Univ.-Prof. Dr. Friedrich Rüffler on the topic of „Return of deposit. Do collateral provisions (downstream) for loan liabilities of joint subsidiaries constitute a deposit return violation?”.
Afterwards, interesting case constellations were discussed in the course of the lively panel with top-level participants.
