Austria’s largest insolvency law conference: Successful “Insolvenz-Forum Grundlsee” with ScherbaumSeebacher
The “Insolvenz-Forum Grundlsee” (Grundlsee Insolvency Forum) took place in Styria from 14 to 16 November. The Forum is scientifically chaired by Prof. Dr. Andreas Konecny (University of Vienna) and organized by the Karner & Dechow Industrie-Auktionen. Dr. Martin Gärtner, partner of ScherbaumSeebacher Rechtsanwälte, and Mag. Markus Machan, lawyer at Wess Kux Kispert & Eckert, were responsible for the contents covered during the workshop.
