M&A deal: ScherbaumSeebacher advises EOSS Industries on the acquisition of the BDI Group
ScheerbaumSeebacher advised the innovation-orientated industrial and technology group EOSS Industries on the acquisition of the BDI Group and the subsequent entry of strategic investors in BDI-BioEnergy International GmbH and BDI-Betriebs GmbH.
The two-stage transaction, which was completed at the beginning of February 2024, strengthens BDI’s position as an innovation leader in the fields of biogas, biofuels and chemical plastics recycling.
The ScherbaumSeebacher team supported the complex acquisition process and the entry of strategic investors.
