Philipp Huemer becomes attorney-at-law at ScherbaumSeebacher
As of May 2021, Philipp Huemer will be working as an attorney-at-law at ScherbaumSeebacher’s offices in Graz and Vienna.
Huemer had already been working as an associate in ScherbaumSeebacher’s white-collar crime and litigation team since 2016 and is now continuing his career as an attorney at the firm. His specialization includes white-collar and financial criminal law, liability law, litigation as well as IP and data protection law. As part of his practice, he advises clients from the construction, automotive, insurance and banking industries throughout Austria in the above-mentioned areas, with a focus on both criminal and civil litigation.
Huemer also worked in the legal department of a well-known automotive supplier in the south of Graz for a long time and therefore has practical experience with regard to the problems, requirements and needs of clients from the automotive industry. In addition, he is a regular lecturer for universities of applied sciences and various seminar providers.
