Dr. Christian Wolf is featured in a recent JUVE article as one of the most important Austrian insurance law experts.
The lawyer, who specializes primarily in the areas of liability insurance and property insurance, has made a name for himself in particular through the leading decision of the Austrian Supreme Court (OGH) he obtained for UNIQA. This decision concerned the (non-existent) coverage from epidemic business interruption insurance in the event of the imposition of an official ban on entering the premises due to COVID-19.
