Lawyer and building law expert Anna Gaich gave a lecture on the topic of “Liability for Correct Execution – or a Slightly Crazy House?” at the seminar “Building Without Borders – Borderless Construction” alongside civil engineers and representatives of authorities on the 3rd of november 2022.
The main focus was on the distance provisions of the building regulations and the related case law of the supreme courts, from the perspective of civil and public law.
