At the seminar “Expert Association meets TU Graz” on the 28th of October 2022, lawyer Anna Gaich gave a lecture together with other top-class speakers on the explosive topic of “The Liability of Private and Court Experts”.
The focus of her lecture was to provide an overview of the legal situation and to present relevant judicial decisions of the Supreme Court.
