Anna Gaich, attorney-at-law at ScherbaumSeebacher, discussed the tasks of the foreman according to the respective building regulations of the Austrian federal states at the Building Law Seminar 2022 at the Casino Velden am Wörthersee. In particular, she focused her presentation on the potential liabilities of the construction foreman.
