M&A Expert Talks at ScherbaumSeebacher
On July 6, 2022, the well-attended kick-off event for the new lecture and discussion series with BDO Graz took place at ScherbaumSeebacher’s office in Graz. Under the title ” From employee bonuses to phantom shares” the speakers Michael Karre (tax law, BDO), Marco Riegler (labor law, ScherbaumSeebacher) and Florian Thelen (corporate law, ScherbaumSeebacher) gave a practical introduction into the topic.
