Interesting 11th Construction Management & Building Law Seminar with ScherbaumSeebacher

On 25 January 2020, Mag. Lukas Andrieu, lawyer and expert for construction and public procurement law at Scherbaum-Seebacher, gave a lecture on the implementation of multi-party contracts and cooperation models in Austria during the 11th seminar on construction management and construction law at the Graz University of Technology.

At the event, a better future for complex infrastructure projects with the help of alliance and multi-party contracts (with lean and BIM approaches) following international models from the USA, Australia, Finland and Great Britain was discussed. In Lukas Andrieu’s view, these models can also be implemented in Austria for public clients subject to public procurement law.

The lecture has also been published in the conference proceedings “Wa(h)re Kooperation im Bauvertrag – Notwendigkeit oder notwendiges Übel?” and can be purchased here (German only).
