After the successful joint Business Breakfast of ScherbaumSeebacher and LeitnerLeitner on 6 November in Vienna, the event was repeated on 13 November. This time, it was held in Graz for the South Austrian audience. Once more, Helmut Schmidt, LL.M., Partner at ScherbaumSeebacher, held a lecture together with Dr. Christian Oberhumer (Partner at LeitnerLeitner). The lecture was held at the LeitnerLeitner office and dealt with the topic “Company valuation & contractual purchase price structuring”.
