Full house at Business Breakfast with ScherbaumSeebacher lawyers
On the 3rdof April, ScherbaumSeebacher lawyers, in cooperation with Bankhaus Schelhammer & Schattera, hosted a Business Breakfast at the firm’s office in Vienna. In front of a full house, current questions on financing and liability in the area of property management were discussed.
Partner Mag. Sascha Verovnik spoke to numerous participants on the topics “Criminality in case of wrong handling of deposits §16b MRG” as well as “ÖNORM 1300 and its effect on the responsibility of the property manager”. Dominik Schneider, MA of Schelhammer & Schattera gave a lecture on the topic “Financing in connection with reorganisations in the WEG”.
